Well, this recipe is for 150 people, so double it.
22.5lb cabbage (shredded)
3lb carrots (shredded)
1.5lb onion (finely chopped)
4 qts mayonnaise
3.75 cups sugar (?)
4.5 cups milk
carroway seeds to taste (a tablespoon or so)
mustard seeds to taste (ditto)
salt and pepper to taste
