                      Fast doesnt  necessarily  mean it's better in a person that is slow in speaking,It could be that he or she might have a dissability or take more time in thinking what to say?

                                  Its hard to answer this question, with out knowing the person. You could say person is Thick, Or  the person could be hard in hearing, finding it hard to understand, dyslexic or pervers.

                                    I think we need to be careful of bully talk.
                                    Sometimes I feel slow to catch on to some things.
