the honey bee is a wounderful community, The queen is the only baby maker, she stays in the hive laying egg, she doe's not look after them, the female workers do it for her,she doe's not collect honey, or any work. she is protected by her loyal female workers and they will die for her. the male called a drone has very limited use mates with the queen then goes off somewhere (may sound familier to some).
