        If you don't pay the total amount of  the bill in full, you will be charge interest on the unpaid balance.  There are also some weird things that some of the credit card companies do, like charge you interest from the date the purchase hits their records.  Read your agreement, call them.  It is a racket.

          What % rate?  There are quite a few variables that o into this- your bill should tell you.


          Why?  Because you do not pay it off in full monthly.
