    i cant seem to get eyeliner to stay on the inside of the lower lids. is there a trick to this?

      That is tricky because of the moisture that is in your eyes.  When I use Avon Glimmerstick eye liner pencil, I have success.  It is a soft pencil.  
      If you have a store with a good makeup department, there ARE people working there who have training to help you apply your makeup.  It can be a fun afternoon for friends.

        Well, there is no such tricks but make sure to use waterproof eyeliners.

          I use rimmel water proof eyeliner its about 12 dollars and its a wind up one a bit like the avon glimmersticks... i use the black and it stays on top and bottom no smudging....love it ...
