no power inside car and car does not turn over auto electrical 89 toyota camry
no power inside car after sitting 10 years in garage dome lights and trunk light works good battery fuses and relays seem to test ok those i can see.
does not turn over has power to starter
there is no power to tail lights, wipers,power windows, door locks, power mirrors radio, blower motor, etc

Check the wiring harness. A mouse could have gotten in and chewed it somewhere.

the harness have any clue best possible place to start
Could be anywhere, sorry. Mice can get into the tiniest places, even up under your dash. There is no fast way way to do this. My mechanic had to tear out my dashboard to find where a mouse got at my wiring.
