      It's good, but are you a member of an athletics club in your area.


      They can provide the correct training and competition that you need to improve.

        Yes i am a member of a club but i want to make sure that my times are good enough to get into a university.

          I was going to make a smart remark, but seeing your comment to ROMOS, I see that you are serious.  
          Why do you need the speed?  Talk to one of the coaches at your high school; was that speed fast enough for your high school teams?  How do you measure against your teammates?
