Sounds like your fuel was dirty and it clogged the carberator.
Take it apart (carberatot) and clean it.
Inside there is a tiny screen that filters dirty particles out of your fuel.
Clean the screen.
Then empty the old gas out and try new fuel.

Thank you for your suggestion. However, I have repaired the carburetor with a repair kit, replaced the fuil filter, put on a nnew magnito and a new starter switch. This problem has reoccured each time I mow the for the last year.
Wow, maybe your better off taking it to the dealer and having them figure it out. You did just about everything you could do up till this point. Hope you solve the proble.
