    Yes, if they are compliant with their state laws.

    Yes all 50 States recognize a marriage between a man and woman.

    Heterosexual marriages are not different from state to state. A marriage license is a federal license. No matter where in the US you get married, the entitlements you get from being married is the same no matter what state you are in.
