Muscel cramps are common, I have found in past, drink small glass of Indian Tonic Water, before going to bed helps. If you get cramps during day, try slowly stretching your leg slowly. Muscle spasms can cause cramps and are often brought on by, Alcoholism, Heavy exercise, Dehydration, Kidney failure, and many other things. If the cramps are severe or last long time, see your Doctor.
