      no.. the "bbb" is a consumer protection group that helps protect american consumers against fraud and overpriceing, how could one hate an organization that looks out for our well being

        Great question. The reason people hate the BBB is because they are SUPPOSED TO protect consumers, but in fact they themselves have been repeatedly found to use fraud and overpricing in an effort to get subscribers. It's a known fact that if you pay for BBB membership, they will rank you higher than a comparable company who is not a member. That's self-serving!
