    What is the Pennsylvania Dutch word for barn-raising?

    Last time I looked this one up for you Mr. Thom, I was side-tracked.


    According to a learned colleague it is "frolic", translated to Dutch it is


    "dartelen". Haven't you got that barn raised yet?

    Pensylvania Dutch is German? I’ve heard that is my origin.
