      No, I take Cold Calm. It kicks the cold out in a matter of a few days.  I've actually not had a cold in 10 years because of this stuff. http://www.buzzillions.com/reviews/boiron-coldcalm-cold-relief-quick-dissolving-tablets-60-ea-reviews

        A week to 10 days is the usual length of time that the symptoms of the common cold are present. If you are really unlucky, your cold symptoms can extend up to a couple of weeks.

          No, I rarely get sick but I make up for it when I do....Antihistamines, soup. lots of lemon.......

            You stay with it for up mto two weeks if you take care of yourself, other wise will get complicated.
