What kind of computer do you have? Is it a desk top or a laptop? If it's a desktop, Is the keyboard wireless or is it connected to the cpu with a usb cable? Make sure the cable is plugged into the cpu. If it's wireless, make sure the battery is good. If it is a keyboard built into a laptop, click the insert key found on the top row of keys (the smaller keys) It will probably read "Ins". If you have a mac computer, I do not know those so can not help you.
Now you can see why I told you before that we need more information to help you.
