Another good source of food for the ever increasing human population, they've been in the UK for a few years now.

Why not... look at the great lakes and the foreign species in there. When a ship fills its ballast tanks from the port of origin then dumps the water in the port of destination its gonna bring other critters in with it... 

I don't eat anything that swims but I know several people who will be more than happy to cut down on this shrimp's population.....

I love shrimp. The bigger, the better. I dont see a problem with this.

I read about it. As long as people eat them instead of them eating people, it's alright.

We call them prawns here, and wild tiger prawns are my absolute favorite, fantastic with garlic and chilli, well, I really can't think of much I wouldn't eat them with, I even like them on pizza .If you like regular prawns or "shrimp" I'm sure you would like these too, and not as difficult to peel either

I for one don't discriminate the bigger the better, I'm sure their just as tasty as any other type shrimp..

that is so scary also bad on the native shrimps
