    Use the "Restore" disc that came with your PC to restore it back to its original factory settings. To do this, put the "Restore" disc in the PC's CD-ROM drive and restart the machine. Select "Restore" and allow the utility to erase everything on the computer's hard drive and reinstall an unaltered copy of the original operating system.
