    Meth Mouth..............

    What kind of drugs??????

I don't really know, but I think that when artificial enhancements are used regularly, there is a disconnect between reality and enhancement.  Expectations are unrealistic, and possibly the person(s) can't enjoy sex without the assistance of the drug.  It's also possible the drug increase blood pressure, which can be really dangerous, because blood pressure goes up during sex in the first place. We checked "right after" one time, and it was nearly twice as high as "normal".
