      Check with your Dr., , sounds like Diabetic symptoms to me.........

        When I was a Diabetic, before my transplant, I would get numb lips and dizzy when sugar was high.

            Absolutely! That's how in my drinking days i know that 'drunk' was just a couple beers away, lips and tongue gets numb.. The dizzies?? I'm already plastered by the time that starts.

                  This does sound potentially diabetic to me, as Headless Man says.  DO GET TO A DOCTOR and GET CHECKED.  You DO NOT WANT TO GO INTO A DIABETIC COMA.  You could DIE or SUFFER BRAIN DAMAGE.  
                  I'm NOT SHOUTING.  I'm just speaking slowly.
