No, they do not increase. Depending on age however, they could decrease. This also depends on if you are receiving benefits due to the loss of a spouse or if it's because you are disabled. This is the most easily understood write up that I could find. For a clearer understanding, contact your social security office.
Marriage does not affect benefits being received if they are self benefits, or the person receiving the benefits is the disabled person. Marriage can affect benefits being drawn for a spouse. If the person receiving benefits is under 50 when remarried, Social Security benefits drawn from a previous spouse are lost. Benefits will continue if remarried at age 50 or older.
