More than likely varnish build up in the carb. from sitting with gas in it.
If you have a choke or starting lever try playing with it till it warms up, this may take a min. or more.
If this works you need to have the carb. cleaned, you can get things that will do this but the best way is to take it apart and clean it, if you can yourself.
