General info,
1) Face opening, South (or East for away from your prevailing winds)
2) Make sure that the house is on a Baffled pole or hanging Baffled hanger to pervert predators from accessing the House. A predator exclusion over the opening well, also keep HOSPs out.
3) Check to see what diameter is on the house , if it is larger than 1-1and1/2 consider reducing the size to help reduce the chance of HOSPs using box.
