I could never be so desperate as to use a dating site. I believe our lives are predestined and we eventually meet and are with the people we are meant to be with. 

You never really know what your date will turn out to be

I have known a lot of friends who have used dating sites.  One Got married to someone they met via a dating site.  I think it all depends on how honest people are about themselves and what they really want.

I'm too chicken to use a dating site............

I have met people who are now friends through dating sites. One LT relationship I am thankful didn't take more of my time, "ego", or money than it did. 
My theory is, when God wants me to have someone, He will "send him to my door".  I just pray I'm able to recognize the gift.

They list the most popular dating sites and success rates,I believe!..Or check out sites such as Eharmony for reviews...stay street wise...a lot of scammers on dating sites with sob stories of needing money and false profiles...NOT ALL...But stay aware...and always meet in a busy place..Don`t get into strangers cars etc..but you know that!
