    How can I get my printer working on my new computer without the start-up disc?

      Connect printer to computer when computer is off.  Turn on computer.  As it starts, it will state that it found a "new" device, your printer.  It will ask if you have a disc.  Answer "NO" and let it search for the new printer.  It should load it and you're all set.

        You should also go online and to the manufacturers site and download the latest driver for your printer.
