Just would like to know if this Latin word 'Requiescat In Pace' is the same on a monument if 1 or 2 people pass away

I wish to know if the spelling  'Requiescat  In Pace' changes when one or more people pass away? eg. This is used when one person passes away  and on a headstone monument for one person.  Does the Latin spelling change if there are 2 names on the headstone?

Well, I can't find a definitive answer for you but in english if two peope are named on one headstone, it stil remains Rest In Peace. So it probably follows that it remains the same in other languages.
