What is your definition of a, "real" person?

I have been longing for the one for years now. I have met some very nice men. I have had a few relationships, been proposed too. Seems, people are not who I thought they where, when I met them. I believe every person is at their best when meeting some one new. I am, I see myself as being almost to honest. I have been told that I need to take b lessons. I did think about this, they do seem to get what they want, or do they? I am just me. We all have bumps, in life's road, I do try to deal with them, as they are happening, to then put them in the past. I would rather remain single, then with the wrong one. I do need to stick my neck out, and seems for the most part, I have found too much of a change in the other person, I end up asking to remain friends. Is it me asking too much? Or, is there really some one for every body?

I can tell you very honestly that when I stopped paying attention and found my place on this planet that is when I met my soul mate.  It is magic and it does happen.

Oh... my definition of a "Real Person" is someone who is self aware.

Keep trying and don't lose your patience. After trying and not finding the right one be a happy single... with an open eye though; it's never too late.

Someone who is TRUE to themselves and others and treats others as they would wish themselves to be trated..honest,kind,forgiving and takes in to account that no one including themselves is without faults!!(to ERR IS HUMAN)!!lol!!:-)

Yo are well o/k as you are,

someone with integrity, honesty and doesn't feel the need to impress or be pretentious, also someone that displays a genuine concern and compassion for others

a real person is someone who wont lie,or stab u n your back no matter what..will stand by your side no matter what you or they have ever done in yours life.

I believe a "real" person is someone who is fortunate enough to be able to feel, be, and express how they feel inside to those around them with making enemies.  Find a true person as a love and/or soul mate can be difficult.  One reason because of the expectations that we have of each other.  Women have a lot of things they want to see in a guy, a job, good manners, kind, successful, a car.  Some men have lied and stolen to impress women thoughout history.  It's kind of tough on a guy sometimes.  How do know if what you see if what you get?  That is a facinating concept to me.  Because as many books suggest men wear mask and maybe women do to.  Men desperately want a love partner so they are always trying to figure out how to impress women.   I think to get to know a man it would be good if you got to know some of his family, co-workers if possible.  Chat with him a lot about his philosophies of life, love money etc.  That does not mean he will be totally honest, but try anyway.  At least you will be getting to know his verbal behavior.   I do believe in pre-marital counseling which can help you both understand each other with a minimum of deceit, unless the guy is really good at making you believe what he wants whether its true or not.  Get an astrological chart comparison.  Get a handwriting analysis comparison on you both to see personality characteristics.   There are lie detector companies out there, but if you don't know him by then, maybe keep looking.  I believe there is a Mr. and Miss right for everybody.  Good Luck.

There's a soulmate for EVERYONE! Yes, many unmask themselves after a while.. Ya never me the real person first.. Think it's a guy thing... LOL Be careful..

A real person is a creation of God, educated through our passages through time and forms so that we grow experientially here and endure the timelessness of eternity  without withering or fading. We gather the strength to endure time and timelessness through our experience with both.
