I would recalculate my state tax figures, comparing them with Turbo Tax and what you did. If you still owe additional taxes, you have until Tuesday, 4/1712 to get the payment into the mail. If you paid them what you owed them and Turbo says your payment hasn't been received or processed, you can check online with the Oregon State Tax Office. I don't know what their website is. In California, we have the Franchise Tax Board where we file our state returns. THEIR address is www.FTB.com. Good luck on finding Oregon's Tax Office.
