how do I fix my La Z Boy Big Softie recliner mechanism?
the recliner control is the flat flap type - when opened it puts tension on a cable ... releasing the footrest / recline backrest mechanism. The bolt holding the end of the cable to the release mechanism 'fell' off - I replaced it but it only operated for a while ... then the cable eyelet thru which I had put the new bolt broke - any ideas?
