    I 'm a new imigrant so my english isnot so good i have a baby,he has 9 month... I have an master licence in my country...

      Call a university and see if your state will accept your country's masters degree. Then, if they will , ask someone at the U if most licensed clinical  psychologists have a PHd. I'm pretty sure they do.So, then, go get your Phd. My nephew adn his wife did.
