      You can get your IP address here. Your router will have the same IP. http://www.whatismyip.com/

        If you can't get the IP address from your router/modem there may be a problem in that.  configure your router/modem correctly or contact your service provider or make use of user manual. After set your IP address check it using the site Ip-Details.com .
