Does this red light point to the floor?

no light does not point down , its on the panel there is power button (on and off), the red light and the start button its not all the time on , it can stay on for 4,5 or 6 washers and then go away for a time ,i have done a cleaning circle it stays on for another 2,3 washers after the cleaning circle it then goes away i wish i did not lose the manual
I did my best to find an answer for this but there is none. The only thing I could find about a red light is the one that points to the floor letting people know the dishwasher is in cycle. Other than that, the manuals are hard to find because apparently this dishwasher is no longer being made. Try Google search. I live in the USA so info on a UK dishwasher is limited for me. Sorry I could not be of any help.
