i think girls first look at how the guy looks.  Does he have a nice smile, kind manner.  Girls also like a talented guy that is interested in something. Maybe sports, planting flowers, music, being an interesting person.  Girls like truthful nice guys that are not mean when they get to know them better.  Girls like guys that tickle them and add to their life in some way.  Girls like a guy they view as fun. As girls get older girls like men that seem to offer some type of security, in addition to a stable personality.
