Make an appointment to see a urologist ASAP. You'll probably have to see your PCP first, who should be able to diagnose the problem (possibly a UTI?).  Don't let it get worse. These things don't just go away on their own.

AGREE WITH BOB/PKB...Sounds like a urine/bladder infection...it could be CYSTITIS...WHICH makes you want to go often and burns like hell when you do!!...DRINK LOADS OF h2O AND CRANBERRY JUICE...GET A GP APPT ASAP...BUT ITMT..CONSULT YOUR PHARMACIST...IF IT IS CYSTITIS THEN THE PHARMACY SELLS SACHETS OF EG CYMALON...WHICH NEUTRALISES THE ACID IN YOUR URINE...TRY IT..IT WORKS FAST..BUT SEE THAT GP WHEN YOU CAN!!

See a Dr.  ASAP . It sounds like the classic symptoms of a UTI- - --a bladder infection, or urethreitis, or cystitis. they're all pretty much the same thing.
