    Greater INDEPENDENCE!!:-)....circulation of blood around the body...If you can`t mange much..then concentrate on Cardio Vascular exercises,deep breathing,standing up and down from your chair until you get out of breath...this is great for the heart circulation...see physios for other exercises...leg lifts and moving your feet forward and backwards hourly to prevent blood clots!!...Just the more you do the better...and some say a glass of red wine benefits your heart.....ie a GLASS not a bottle...and save it to the end of your exercises as a reward!!!!LOL.....at least 15 mins a day of exercise is advisable and if chair or bed bound,change your positions regularly..eg side to side etc to prevent pressure sores!...healthy diet and fluids plus plus plus!!
