If it's a download able disc, put it in your disc drive and a box will open on your computer giving you a list of options such as where to store the information from the disc.

Create a temp directory on your C:\ drive
go to your CD drive in the explorer
select all files
copy and paste them into your "temp" directory (that you created in the first step).
