how to reduce file size
I'm sending 4 files black n white tax returns. no color although our scanner is for color images. it is a fujitsu scan snap S510 scanner. 70 pages are about 5 MB-way too large. I can't seem to compress the file or zip it to reduce the size. Please advise

Remove some of the information. You can try sending them as a compressed file. This will allow you to send the full file. See how to do that here >> http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Compress-and-uncompress-files-zip-files
