    I can't seem to get a photo emailed to another person

    Ican get the photo out of windows photo but can't get transfer to transfer by sending by sending it through e-mail and I do attach the photo

      Then their e-mail is blocking the photo. They might have an anti virus program that's blocking it. The problem is on their end.
