    To find the x-intercept. y = 0 . Put 0(zero) in place of y.


    x - 3(0) = -6


    x - 0 = -6


    x = -6


    First point is (-6, 0)


    To find the y-intercept, x = 0. Put 0 (zero) in place of x


    0 - 3y = -6


    -3y = -6


     -3      -3


    y = 2


    Second point is (0, 2)


    Now, graph your two points.  (-6, 0)  (0, 2)
