    Why does the top blue bar blink, then Internet Explorer doesn't respond. Then it works.

    Windstream says it's my computer, but i had computer checked out and it works ok.


    Why does the top blue bar blink, then Internet Explorer doesn't respond.   Takes a minute or two, then works ok.

      Because it's internet explorer. It is well known for the not responding issue. It's been going on for years and Microsoft has not found a way to correct it. Get a different browser.
