      You can't unless you message the owner of the site and get permission. I have cheated in the past though and taken a screen shot of the information using my snipping tool. I then post the info as an image and not text.

        Can you put your mouse at the beginning of what you want to copy and the mouse becomes a vertical line; as you scroll across the text, it is highlighted.  After highlighting all you want to copy, you "Control-C", then go to the place where you want the text to be copied.  "Control-V" should copy the text.
