      1B (Byte) = 8b (bits) - Using upper-case B for byte, lower-case b for bit


      Therefore 100MB = 800Mb


      Mbps == Mega bits per second


      so, to transfer 4Mbps of data, it takes about 200 seconds (=800 / 4) ,or 3 minutes and 20 seconds.
