    can i use oil instead of butter

    i am baking cupcakes and would like to substitute oil for butter. can it be done?

      Sure it can. Just estimate how much butter should be used and substitute the oil.  Will make your cupcakes more moist.......

        but don't use olive oil or any that may change the taste you may not like.
