      What have you tried to do already to retrieve it?


      Are you getting an error?


      Did you forget your account sign in info?


      Did you forget how to get to the log in page so you can sign in?

          You have to be doing something wrong or hotmail has blocked your access. One reason for being blocked is because the account is used to spam other e-mail addresses. When was the last time you accessed the account. If it was 2 months ago or so, then it's probably been deleted. Sorry, I can only guess what the problem is. We just answer general questions here. WE can not control or fix e-mail programs.
