With practice I'd say 20 is about right.  The number also depends on whether you are a girl or boy.

I'm a "normal" 60 year old woman and I can do about 20 in a minute.

I’m 67 an all I can do is 10 push-ups, I do mine by doing a hand stand with my feet up against the wall so I CAN LIFT MY WHOLE BODY WEIGHT OF 220 POUNDS WITH EACH PUSH-UP.
