Check with your different building material distributors, as some will do that for you...and then there are those that have computer programs for that. When it comes to remodeling, estimating the materials is relatively easy. But, the labor on the other hand, is something different. I say this, as sometimes you uncover things you couldn't have anticipated beforehand.
You'll come to find that it is often easier to build something right the first time around, than to come along afterwards and fix another person's blunders. This is especially true, if it is an old house built before building codes were established.
