Yes you can loose that much...but it`s better to lose it at a slower rate,supervised,(especially if you are extremely obese...and I`m not saying that you are:-0....Just sensible healthy eating and exercise,cut alcohol..that makes a huge difference often as is loaded with"Empty " CALORIES!......Aim to lose 2-3 lbs a week..or check with your Dr..a rate sensible for you!!...JOIN A SLIMMING SUPPORT GROUP??!!...helps a lot!...If you lose weight too quickly then it`s often fluid being lost and therefore weight doesn`t stay off usually!!

YES. I do it every year around this time. I'll lose 20 LBS in 3 weeks.

YEAH...but at what cost to your body??:-/....Why not lose it slower and keep it off??...Then you feel good all year round:->
