      It would seem that they take time outs every once in a while.  Pre-Whoopie it was announced when the shooting would cease but post-Whoopie, they do not.  The ratings would dip too low when the break was announced.

          jenny mc carthy. after barbara walters hired her, hundreds wrote in and asked barbara had she lost her mind.  many don't care for jenny and threatened to stop watching the view.
