What is the salt dough for? If it's for a child to mould this is the recipe: equal salt to equal amount of plain flour, add a few table spoons of oil (any oil) and water.
First, mix the salt and flour together in a pot add water to make a paste. Stir until it thickens then add oil, stir a bit longer until you can no longer stir. Take off cooker and let cool. Then knead on a board. Add more oil if you think it is needed. If you wish to keep the dough for a longer time, put it in a plastic container and put it in the fridge. Whenever the child finishes playing with it, put it back into the fridge. This way it will keep for weeks or months. You can also add colour to it before cooking. Hope this is what you wanted.
