low dosage 80 mg- 1 tablet per day.

If you have any stomach or bowel problems, take any other NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aleve, etc), take any blood thinners, cardiac (heart) meds, High blood pressure meds....consult your doctor first.  It is always wise to talk to your doc. if you plan to take any type of medication or suppliment daily!

I think Bayer makes an aspirin just for that.

I was wondering also, but I increased mine to 162 mg this morning.
