How to turn on the exception for trusted sites

I'm experiencing a lot of problems with facebook.

Google Chrome doesn't recognize it as a "trust site" even when I made the exception on my computer. And it get slower and slower or abort the page browser.

How can I invert this situation? And be surfing in Web, namely in facebook, with full speed.

    Thanks!
