    I want to shred dcm files in my recycle bin

    I have a number of files whose extension is now DCM (I was using a memeo back up  - western digital) these files are now sitting in my recycle bin and i wish to shred them - but nothing seems to work

      You delete them. I've never heard of shredding cyber files. Just delete them.
